111 024-6 DB (0315) - a photo on Flickriver

            Leider sind die Zeiten längst vorbei, als DB Regio Bayern in schöner Regelmäßigkeit ihren zuverlässigen Machinen der Baureihe 111 eine optisch ansprechende Werbefolie spendierte. Inzwischen sind jene Lokomotiven auf einer ihrer ehemaligen Stammstrecken im Altmühltal schon zur Rarität geworden, da der Regionalverkehr mehrheitlich durch die wenig ansprechenden Twindexx-Garnituren abgedeckt wird. 111 024-6 konnte in herbstlicher Kulisse an der Ostausfahrt des Eßlinger Tunnels erwischt werden.
