Goslar. Hinter beziehungsweise unter der Kaiserpfalz endet die Straße Liebfrauenberg als Fortsetzung des Kaiserbleek in einer Sackgasse. Benannt wurde die Straße nach der ehemalig nördlich der Kaiserpfalz gelegenen Liebfrauenkirche.

Die Liebfrauenkirche oder auch "Marienkapelle" bestand aus einem zentralen quadratischen Bau von knapp zehn Metern Seitenlänge und befand sich nördlich der Kaiserpfalz. Das Gebäude war zweigeschossig, wobei das Erdgeschoss mit Zugang auf der Südseite war für das „einfache Personal“ bestimmt war. Mit dem Kaiserhaus verbunden war das Obergeschoss und diente der kaiserlichen Familie. Heute stehen noch die kleinen Häuser am Liebfrauenberg, die weltlichen Bediensteten als Unterkunft dienten.
