Fabulous breakfast at Old Station Cafe, Goodwick

            This lovely cafe is in the station building at Fishguard and Goodwick, which is the stop before Fishguard Harbour, where the ferry for Ireland departs and arrives. 

The two stops are only around half a mile apart.   So if you have an hour to kill after you get off the boat, and before your train, you could either patronise the harbour cafe, or - my recommendation - wander along to this little beauty.   

The breakfast was magnificent and the service and atmosphere simply lovely.  

(The local police were in looking for me, but I kept my head down and gave them the slip).
