Gellert Baths, Budapest - a photo on Flickriver

            One of the Turks' great legacies to Hungary, from the days when they ruled the country, is the thermal baths.  

This is the atrium of the Gellert Baths, which is one of the grandest of the many that are dotted across the city and the country.  

Going to the baths is a regular habit for many ordinary Hungarians. Some are sent by doctors on health grounds, but many others go there simply to relax and socialise.
