Buse variable (Buteo buteo) Common Buzzard

            La Buse variable se nourrit essentiellement de micro-mammifères, majoritairement de campagnols en Europe.
Les proies sont capturées au sol à l'issue d'un vol oblique depuis un poste d'affût ou un point de vol stationnaire. D'autres vertébrés entrent aussi dans son régime, mais en faible part, comme les amphibiens et les petits reptiles.

The Variable Buzzard feeds mainly on micro-mammals, mostly voles in Europe.
Prey are captured on the ground after an oblique flight from a lookout or hover point. Other vertebrates also enter its diet, but in small proportion, such as amphibians and small reptiles
