The Waves Just Keep Coming - a photo on Flickriver

            Another of the breaking waves at the end of Portreath harbour entrance , and nearly another hit on the Monkey House/Hut .
Not quite as dramatic a wave as my earlier posting ( see in first comment box ) . but certainly a better quality capture . One can also get an idea of the scale of it here with one of the surfers in shot , I think they were pushing their luck in the sea here - especially being so close to the harbour entrance wall . As I noted previously , the Monkey House has in the past been swept completely by the rough sea . And while all the time , old man rock face just looks down on the scene !!
