Durdevica Tara Bridge

The bridge was built in 1941 by Lazar Jankovic. To prevent the march of Nazi troops in 1942, the central span was blown up. It combines the shores of the deepest canyon in Europe, at an altitude of 150 meters above the river Tara. Tara is the longest river in Montenegro, numbering 158 km.

Most ten wybudował w 1941 r Lazar Jankovic. Aby zapobiec przemarszowi wojsk niemieckich, w 1942 r środkowe przęsło zostało wysadzone. Spina on brzegi najgłębszego kanionu Europy, na wysokości 150 m nad rzeką Tara. Tara jest najdłuższą rzeką Czarnogóry, liczącą 158 km.
