Weymss Bay Railway Station 2 - a photo on Flickriver

            Sitting on Scotland’s west coast just 40KM west of the city of Glasgow is Wemyss Bay railway station and ferry port. Designed by James Miller in 1903 the station/ferry port is one of Scotland's finest historic but functioning railway buildings. It had suffered structurally over the years, however a major refurbishment of the “category A” listed building was carried out over the period June 2014 to the spring of 2016 and has now seen the station buildings and adjacent ferry terminal fully restored.
