View from the Isle of Pag - a photo on Flickriver

            Pag is a Croatian island in the northern Adriatic Sea. It is the fifth-largest island of the Croatian coast, and the one with the longest coastline.
Pag Island is dry and relatively barren but hosts a vibrant island culture and has some great beaches.

On the day we were there, temperatures almost reached 40C (103F), so after a few minutes outside it was a good idea to head back to the airconditioned car....
