Langley Station, West Midlands - a photo on Flickriver

            This photo was taken using a Pentax Spotmatic II, almost certainly fitted with a Takumar 135mm F3.5 lens. It was highly likely it was taken on the same session as my previous upload that depicted the view facing the other way.
The next station in this direction would be Blackheath And Rowley Regis station. Langley was originally a junction and I suppose still was when I took this. It would appear, looking at the signal status, that the next train will leave the main line and probably end up in the previously seen yard. It's probable that the goods shed was closed now, is that a pile of rubble behind the platform fencing? If so that might be it's remains.
   The line to the right was the Oldbury Branch and it was rarely used, it originally had a passenger service to Oldbury but it did not last long and the line was used to serve industry in Oldbury.
