The Grant County Courthouse is a unique example of the combination of various Revivalist styles. A large, three-story rectangular building, it is constructed of red brick and faced limestone blocks. The foundation is of limestone. The courthouse has a pitched roof covered with red tiles. The front facade features a slightly projecting central portion, dominated by a monumental pedimented portico with paired, Corinthian columns and a balustraded balcony on the second floor.
