            The White Ibis is one of the more common birds in SW Florida, so it is often ignored.  I believe it is a beautiful bird with the pink beak and legs, the curved bill, the blue eyes that match the navy blue in the tail feathers and the pure white feathers.  This image was taken in backlighting on the CREW Bird Rookery Trail near North Naples.
