Southern Black Forest Nature Park - a photo on Flickriver

            What a lovely surprise!
Some days ago our mountains have been dressed in white.
I have enjoyed it to visit my friends -some 200-300 Years  old beech trees-on the Schauinsland mountain, although  strong and cold winds were  blowing.. But they and me are familiar with them.
Meanwhile it is raining up there..

Wech schöne Überraschung!
Vor einigen Tagen hat es in unseren Bergen geschneit.
Ich habe es genossen, meine Freunde -die jahrhundertealten Weidbuchen auf dem Schauinsland- zu besuchen. Es wehte ein kräftiger, kalter Wind
dort oben.
Aber wir sind damit vertraut.
Inzwischen hat es auch in den Bergen geregnet, und der Schnee ist geschmolzen.
