A Hark Back To The Old days !!! - a photo on Flickriver

            Back in the 1970's, in my teenage years, together with a friend of mine, who I have known for 44 years. We used to record our favourite programmes off of the telly using Cassette Recorders like this 1975 Grundig C430....At the time...The recordings sounded very good....And still do today. The old BASF C120 that can be seen at the bottom of the photo had a recording of The New Avengers on it on side 1....And on side 2 was a recording of Gerry Anderson's Sci-Fi series, Space:1999....Both recorded back in 1977....They still play perfectly today, and the Grundig has been fully restored to perfect working order, and is still going strong after 45 years !!!
