GB - Chapel Milton 66761 - a photo on Flickriver

            After seeing a couple of trains in Crowle we drove across to the west side of Derbyshire to Chapel Milton. The plan was to catch GBRF 66761 with 4H89 0507 Hams Hall to Hindlow as it showed to be running that day. When we got there it showed to be running late and by the time it got to us it was 56 minutes late. Not to worry!

Here is one of GBRF's less interesting 66's leading an empty aggregate train over the A6. The rake will head to Buxton where it'll reverse and then head down to Hindlow to be loaded in the afternoon. I wasn't too sure how accessible this spot was but there was a public footpath making any worries of landowners being annoyed went out the window thankfully!
