Tuntenball 2022: ready for a makover

Seit ich 2020 hier war hat sich einiges verändert: das Hotel hat einen anderen Betreiber und es wurde von Grund auf neu gestaltet.
Als Bauwerk ist das Hotel eher unverändert, aber die Dekorateure haben zugeschlagen. Großes Thema ist Musik. Die Rezeption (bzw. der Tresen) besteht aus einer Vielzahl von alten Radios, Kassettenspielern und sonstiger Tontechnik. Die Räume vor dem Fahrstuhl und die Aufenthaltsbereiche sind etagenspezifisch verschieden dekoriert. In einer sind die Wände mit LP-Covern bepflastert, in der anderen sind dafür lauter Kassetten an die Wand genagelt. Die Zimmernummern sind auf alte LPs gemalt. Nur der Teppich macht "Augenläuse".
Im Zimmer setzt sich das ganze fort: der Eingangsbereich ist mit Noten-Seiten tapeziert, der Schreibtisch erinnert an ein Klavier und der Tisch in der Sitzgruppe hat auf eine überdimensionale LP als Platte. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber funktional und gemütlich.
Zwei Details waren bemerkenswert: die Rückseite des "Bitte nicht stören"-Schildes schien wie für die Veranstaltung gemacht und einen Perückenständer gab es auch ;-).

Since my last time here in in 2020 a lot has changed : the hotel has a new operator and it has been completely redesigned.
The hotel itself is rather unchanged, but decorators have struck. Music is the big topic all over the place. The reception counter consists of a variety of old radios, cassette players and other audio equipment. The space in front of the elevator and the common areas are decorated differently depending on the floor. In one, the walls are plastered with LP covers, in the other, nothing but cassettes are nailed to the wall. The room numbers are painted on old LPs. Only the carpet causes "eye pain".
The whole thing continues in the rooms: the entrance area is papered with sheets of music, the desk is reminiscent of a piano and the tabletop in the seating area is an oversized record. Otherwise the room was functional and comfortable.
Two details were noteworthy: the back of the "Do not disturb" sign seemed especially made for the event and there was also a wig stand available ;-).
