            Varese Ligure, splendido "borgo rotondo", conosciuto in tutta Europa per avere la caratteristica forma "ad euro". E
'un insieme edilizio di straordinaria omogeneità, protetto a sud dal castello, ristrutturato contemporaneamente all'edificazione del Borgo Rotondo, all'inizio del' 400 dai Fieschi, allora signori della val di Vara.

Varese Ligure, a splendid "round village", known throughout Europe for having the characteristic "euro" shape. It is a building set of extraordinary homogeneity, protected to the south by the castle, restored at the same time as the construction of the Borgo Rotondo, at the beginning of the fifteenth century by the Fieschis, then lords of the Vara valley.
