Calvert Street - Norwich - a photo on Flickriver

I paid a visit to Calvert Street in Norwich back in 2019 specially to photograph it because it looks virtually unchanged (if you can get pictures with no cars parked!) There are lots of streets with terraced houses like this in many cities in the UK, but not so many in Norwich and often there are lines of cars blocking the view of the houses. I love the fact it still has the old cobbled road too. Cobbled roads are not the most comfortable of streets to walk on, but it looks great in a picture. If only I could have arranged for a horse and cart to go by!!
