A Nice Castle Walk

            Someone asked me if you can walk the grounds? Yes, you can walk the grounds of Tudor Castle as well as the grounds of three adjacent castles and what's more: all for free!
There is a walk of about 13 km connecting three castles: Beisbroek, Tillegem Castle and Tudor Castle. It is aptly called 'the Three Castle-walk'. Only this one, Tudor Castle, is privately owned. It used to be a tearoom and a venue for weddings, but I think it is closed now, maybe due to the Covid lockdown. I'm not a hundred procent sure of this. There are woods around the castles - not very large ones: Flanders doesn't have that many woods.
We followed a shorter circular trail of just 4 km from Beisbroek to Tudor Castle and back.
The gardens of Tudor Castle (visible in this photo) will be laid out again and replanted.
