" On my Home Ground " - a photo on Flickriver

            View from Carrigolligan { Gallaghers Mountain } south east to where I live. The view shows Bray Head and the sweep of the Wicklow mountains running westward, There are about 50 mountains in all in the Wicklow/South Dublin area. They are very beautiful and when I was away for a lot of years, this scene always welcomed me home. I used to get a bit emotional when I saw it and actually, I still do! Maybe you have to be away for a time to really appreciate it though it could be  just me as as they say here " A shure maybe theres a bit of a want in him " Lol!  Im glad there is!
     It looked for a while that I would have to move away from this area for good but it appears now that  I wont have to. Just a few miles inland. I feel like all my birthdays have come at once!!!!
