Cotton Candy Sky

            This photo was taken at sunrise near a golf course at Forest Park in St. Louis, Missouri, with some small patches of snow still on the frozen ground. I enjoy getting up early, going outside, and seeing if there are any good photos out there waiting to be taken. Days like this when I catch a good sunrise make me glad that I didn't sleep in (which I seldom do)!  Even if don't get any decent photos on a given day, it's nice to get some early morning light exercise and fresh air!
