Poor guy... just spent some fun time in the bird bath and was trying to fluff and air dry and I was bugging him for photos..... he kept an eye on me....
Just a young one from the look of him...still has the little smile look at the corners of his beak (sometimes referred to as the 'gape'...) more noticeable in younger birds.
