Solvang Clock and Bell Tower - a photo on Flickriver

            Solvang is a city in California's Santa Ynez valley north of Santa Barbara and is known for its Danish architecture, shops and wineries...delicious bakeries as well. Many of the residents are of Danish descent and Solvang is sometimes referred to as California's "Little Denmark".

This clock and bell tower, according to the Solvang Chamber of Commerce, is modeled after one in Copenhagen. The bells are rung during Christmas season.
