Back to the 90's - a photo on Flickriver

Back to the 90's

            BNSF 1089 and BNSF 784 (C44-9Ws) represent a lashup that one could typically find in the 1990s in the days following the BN-ATSF merger.

Today, however, they are the assigned power on BNSF's R-CHI476 local serving the Rochelle, IL area. Sweetening the deal further is the BN caboose they are attached to.
