English Civil War - Bury Fields - Newport Pagnell 29Aug16 ad

            Its October 1643 and Newport Pagnell in Buckinghamshire England is on the boundary between Royalist and Parliamentarian forces. Held as a garrison town by Parliament it was briefly captured by Royalist forces then retaken by Parliament two weeks later and held for the rest of the English Civil War.
Re-enactment by the English Civil War Society.
