SplashPnt - Newhaven WQ, Feb 19 2024, P1B (2)

            Series of nine.  Grey and a bit wet this morning so I ended up unexpectedly at Newhaven Harbour and Splash Point.  The Kittiwake nesting site has completely collapsed over the weekend.  Very sorry sight.  The Black Redstart is still there.  On Newhaven beach it was nice to see a sizable flock of Common Gulls.  Last time I saw one was in Scotland in the days of film cameras!
