In the hedge - a photo on Flickriver

In the hedge

            The yard was pretty quiet that day. Not much movement, not many calls. I was scanning to find _something_ to shoot, when I saw a small movement in the holly hedge.  This little black-capped chickadee was hanging below this branch, not moving much at all.  They tend to be such darting birds - odd to find one just hanging there! In our yard outside of Beaverton, Oregon.
