            In many traditions, the Dragonfly is associated with the Elements of Air and Water. In Elemental Magic they are believed to have many powers- able to transform from Air Creatures to Water Beings. 

In Native American tradition the Dragonfly Totem brings the winds of change, the shifting of light and air and the changing of form. 

In Japanese Culture the Dragonfly represents Harmony, Speed and Purity as well as Joy and New Light.

In China the Dragonfly is associated with Prosperity, harmony and Good Luck.
