Clapper Rail Chick

            Without a doubt, the hardest bird to get a good shot of. The bird is mostly black at this age. This one is covered in mud. Cameras don't like black and shots you think got good focus come out soft. These were taken from the boardwalk at Forsythe. The boardwalk is 3 feet off the ground and this little one passed right below my feet.
