Adonis Blues - mating on dead Hawksbeard

            A pair of second brood adonis blue butterflies mating on a dead hawksbeard flower at Nottingham Hill in Gloucestershire. This was the first time i'd seen this species at this site and I found four in all, two males and two females including this mating pair.
