Not Early Enough.

            Turned up at the hospital with 30 mins until the appointment time. However I joined the queue snaking around the car park, trying to find a space. after 15 minutes I gave up and travelled up the road to the next nearest car park. I parked up and sought out the pay machine, and joined the queue there, only one machine was working and as I neared it I saw that it bore a sign which sair "Card Only". Of course I didn't have my catrd with me, only cash (even had £1 coins). Then I noticed a sign with a barcode that advertised paying by app, which I had to download. It couldn't be one of the 3 I had already though.

The appointment? Made it, just in time, then had to wait and wait and wait. 

By the way, did you notice the wellbeing wagon was closed and padlocked?
