Franklin Falls - a photo on Flickriver

Franklin Falls

            This is the third tier of the first waterfall on the South Fork Snoqualmie river.  It's actually 186 feet, but one can only see the final 109 foot plunge.  This is a fairly low level flow as well, at it's peak it rages through here at a much greater volume as you might imagine judging from the area of avalanche debris that has been cleared away.
