Nobody's Listening (Except for Me) - a photo on Flickriver

This Wawa will open on May 26, 2016 (to much anticipation - our local paper keeps doing write ups about Wawa and how excited everyone is about the grand opening that is quickly approaching). Previously, this site was home to a small office building that was torn down for the new Wawa.

If a radio plays at an empty building, and nobody is around to hear it, does it make a sound? Of course it does!

To finish out this mini-set on Wawa, one of the stranger things from my little preview of the new West Melbourne Wawa was the fact that even though this place wasn't to open for another month yet when I was here, and the interior wasn't even finished yet, Wawa's radio was already on and playing music. The entire time I was here I heard the music going. This little clip was supposed to demonstrate the strange effect of the music playing to nobody. However, when I started recording, a Wawa ad came on, which works just as well demonstrating my point.
