            With Oakland still acting up at the time, East Hump was talking trains by and they were taking switches on hand. As the intermodal was approaching Division Street, PTC had a fit and threw an error and the train experienced a penalty brake application. Apparently it was not happy with the talk-by back at Oakland and eventually they just cut the damn thing out so they could keep moving. They wasted enough time to allow an eastbound CP to make an appearance which, naturally, was when the intermodal started moving again.
