            Healing ways.
When grey clouds hang and darkness weighs,
and heavy thoughts obscure the days.
My spirit stumbles, falters, lost in haze,
yet still I reach through nature’s maze.
I rise from bed, lift camera, step outside,
where mountains stand in morning pride.
Where rivers rush and cool winds play,
as healing sunlight spills to start the day.
Each frame I seek, each fleeting view I find,
chases those crippling shadows from my mind.
Through lens and glass where colours gleam,
capturing love through my eye rekindle my dream.
Be it those fiery autumn leaves or sea-swept spray,
or the amazing golden hours of a new-born day.
All frozen still momentarily in focus pure and real,
and a true testament to nature’s steady heal.
So when your heart feels dark and low like me,
let nature’s light within you warm and glow.
Go hear gentle waves lap on that sandy shore,
their timeless rhythm easing hurt once more.
Through every single frame I take upload and share,
I softly whisper “Natures healing waits you there”
Let sunlight, wind, and water mend and care,
and feel your spirit lift in nature’s air.
Keep safe keep well and most importantly
keep on being you. Huge hug to one and all…
