Kestrel - a photo on Flickriver

Kestrel

            This afternoon I had a wonderful encounter with this very cooperative Kestrel. It was bitterly cold but it came closer and closer and I spent about 30 minutes with him. It allowed me to experiment with my camera settings, and I really like the motion blur.
