Planthopper (Membracidae, Fulgoroidea, Homoptera) on leaf of unusual Shreve Oak (Quercus shrevei, Fagaceae))

            Here is a tiny Planthopper in the superfamily Fulgoroidea of the insect order Homoptera.  Those skinny wings can't be useful for flying, but maybe they help it glide when it hops?  (San Marcos Pass, 19 February 2012)

This critter is perched on a leaf of an unusual native oak in the woods.  I believe it's a "Shreve Oak" - which might be Quercus shrevei; or Q. parvula; or Q. parvula var. shrevei; or maybe Q. wislizenii var. frutescens, or even Q. wislizenii!   The new buds of the oak are distinctive.
