Tiny orb web aphid-galled flowers of California Honeysuckle

Here is a tiny orb web on a cluster of what I believe are aphid-galled flowers of California Honeysuckle (Lonicera hispidula) in the Caprifoliaceae plant family. See this photo for more info about the flowers and why I think they're galled. I assume this web belongs to a Orb Web Weaver in the family Araneidae. The web is tiny, only an inch across. It appears to consist of the "inner web" of a spider - and nothing else. The debris stuck in the web resembles ash from a wildfire, see this photo from last December when he Thomas Fire was getting too close to home. But it's not ash - these are the molted skins ("exuviae") of the aphids that cause the abnormal flowers! Pretty interesting find, and grounds for a Happy Web Webnesday!
