After my short-but-sweet stay in Cuenca, we drove down to Valencia. Absolutely boiling temperatures awaited us, far beyond what my British body was built for.

A long walk from the hotel found me at the City of Arts and Sciences, a large cultural area of the city. There's some very unique and interesting architectural designs to be found there.

Unfortunately, when I had seen photographs of the area on the computer, the place was really well lit and the parched expanse in my shot here was full of water. I was rather deflated. Still, it was nice to wander around and take in the architecture.
