            GMX is a free email service so it's not a business address... what more, it's the German server, which explains the awkward Google Translate rendition of the text body. 

If you can't name the business you're promoting for or can't provide an internal email contact, there's something fishy.

"Company believes you will accept this position"... Company overestimates people's gullibility.

Also, if the title is "resume of (your name)" like they've read it and that's why they're contacting you, but the last line is "send us your resume" like they haven't...
