Muziek voor goed doel

Aandacht voor de vrij onbekende spierziekte Duchenne en geld voor onderzoek naar die ziekte. Het zijn de twee belangrijkste doelen waarom Zuidwoldiger John Linde het benefietfestival Rockin' Duchenne uit de grond heeft gestampt. Linde, zelf Duchenne-patiënt, heeft een indrukwekkende rij artiesten bereid gevonden belangeloos aan het festival mee te werken. En dat zijn Francis Healy van de band Travis, Ralph de Jongh, El Pino & The Volunteers, T-99, Agua de Annique, I Kissed Charles en The Heavens Devils. Het benefietfestival wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door de ZorgZaak, de Rotaryclub Hoogeveen - Middenveld, Bert Stevens Orthesebouw, Flekszorg, Bizon, Drukkerij Van Genne en vele anderen. Het festival wordt 22 maart gehouden in de foyer van De Tamboer in Hoogeveen en begint om 20.00 uur.

Entree is 15 euro.

My friend John has a terrible disease called Duchenne. He is organizing a benefit concert in Hoogeveen featuring the above artists. Entrance fee is 15 euros that will be donated to the good cause of battling this disease through research.
I can imagine you can't attend the concert because you are living too far away. But you can always donate to the Duchenne Parent Project Duchenne Parent Project to support those who have Duchenne and the research to cure
and prevent it.
