Lemon And Lime - a photo on Flickriver

Lemon And Lime

Decided to continue my fruity picture series today by using my green background paper roll.
Went to the shops and bought some lemons and limes which I needed for a curry anyway so worked out quite well.
I sliced up the fruits and used magic to float them in the air so I could place the segments into a colourful fruity sequence.

For the lighting I used three flashguns.
1 x Nikon SB600 placed to my camera left with my 24" EZ-Fold Softbox - 1/4 power
1 x Jessops 360 AFD placed to camera right with a lee white gel to soften the light - 1/8 power
1 x Jessops 360 AFD placed underneath the fruit pointing directly at the backdrop with a homemade snoot 1/4 power.

My homemade snoot is made out of an old cereal box and some parcel tape.

All flashguns were fired off camera using my Yongnuo RF-602 trigger + receivers
I held my silver reflector just above and slightly behind the fruit to throw back some sharp light to the rear.
