I've been looking through my old pics (that's why I'm coming across 2008 cruise photos), and noticed that I have WAY too many repeats.  I used to take some subjects and shoot like 5 to 10 shots that look VERY much alike.... some being exactly the same.  All I would do is make slight shifts in the subject's placement, or slight adjustments to zoom.  So I've been getting rid of most of these throwaways.... plus, a lot of my older shots definitely lack that "umph".

I think that as I'm getting more experience, I know what I want to achieve for the most part.  I can take 2 or 3 shots of a subject, with all being different enough.
