            There is apparently no cure for this Mansonry Mania of mine, so here we are yet again.  This is another detail of the famous San Francisco de Asis Mission Church in the main plaza of Ranchos de Taos, New Mexico, a bit south of Taos, NM.  Franciscans supervised the construction between 1772 and 1816.  It is widely regarded as one of the finest examples of a Spanish Colonial New Mexico mission church.  (While it is often spelled "Assisi" or "Asisi," the website spells it "Asis.")
