White Dome Geyser in twilight - a photo on Flickriver

White Dome erupts every 1-3 hours for about 10-15 minutes. It has a photogenic cone that looks good backlit by sunset or fully lit in daylight. Not far from Great Fountain Geyser on the Firehold Lake Loop road, it is worth waiting for.

See also the photo of nearby Pink Cone Geyser taken a little later. I had this area all to my self after sunset. Everybody else was back in the crowded campgrounds.
