Israel, a melting pot for people from all over the world, is home to a large part of the Druze people. When traveling to the Galilee and Golan
areas of Israel, you can find Druze families by the side of the road who offer free smiles and low cost yet very height quality Drize Pita. 
They carry a mobile Taboon and bake the Pita "on the spot" using goods from the nearby villages. 

Druze pita is paper thin Taboon bread and traditionally spread with Labneh, olive oil, and/or zaatar. There are variations of sweet Druze pita, using 
Chocolate or maple spread.
