Operation Tilipia Overflow - Typhoon Neoguri 2014-

Extreme flooding at Nagahama dam .
Typhoon Neoguri brought in some heavy rain which caused a
fifteen foot rise in stream. This caused an overflow of Tilipia and shad fish on the road.
95% of the fish were still alive so we placed all of them back in the stream-
