Summer Morning - a photo on Flickriver

Summer Morning

            A misty haze typical of Summer mornings helped control the strong early morning sunlight, creating some attractive lighting effects through the middle distance and background of this image. I retained the contrasty, colourful feel to the foreground, to create an extra sense of depth and space, and convey the feel of a bright, warm, sunny Summer morning. The scattering of sheep, and the overgrown, slightly wild look of the vegetation all suggested the lush, verdant touch of Summer.

Oh - and that tree again!
