Milktooth - Dutch Pancake - a photo on Flickriver

This was "In your face!"-kind of dish and off the charts good. How do you like the roasted kiwi for creativity? Milktooth spots a savory version of the Dutch pancake as well, with shrimp, slasa verde, shredded cabbage, avocado crema and red wine pickled onions ( I did not have a chance to try that one, unfortunately).

I must say: the originality of this dish matches only the skills necessary to make it and the "In your face!" attitude, which seems to be omnipresent in the Milktooth kitchen. That crew fears nothing.
