Geminids meteor shower 2015 II

canon5d2+samyang 14mm f2,8 20s iso4000 - 20 shots with geminids merged of about 500 totally made during continious shooting on december 14/15.

After i returned back home from the forest lake where i was shooing privious pano with meteors i sat down in my garden chair and just stared at meteors falling here and there. The activity was really fine and i wanted to relax a bit, so i left camera shooting automatically with 20s exposures. After an hour and a half i went to sleep and when i got up i realised my 14mm lens was covered with hoar frost! Was a bit pity, but as i founf later i had already captured some great meteors which i merged into this resulting image. So sad the upper left geminid didnt fit the frame properly!! Perhaps the next year i'll try to shoot some shower using 8mm samyang lens thus aiming to cath the big fat ones mostly xD
